MIGUEL FERNANDEZ (founder - 2022)
Graduating from the renowned Center for Alternative Technology, I established a studio that embraces a 'fabric first' approach, utilizing low-impact materials to create energy-efficient and ecologically sensitive architecture. We are strong advocates for community-led development, focusing on collaborations with social enterprises and organizations that promote economic and community cohesion in Cornwall. The practice is named after my two daughters, serving as a reminder to be provident in my design thinking, creating places that will endure for future generations.
Lilyrose builds on my experience with both large and small architectural practices, delivering a diverse range of projects that positively impact communities. My work spans affordable housing, educational facilities, bespoke homes, and industrial design, with each project reflecting my deepening commitment to sustainability and social responsibility.
